We work with the Flixo Pro 8 heat transfer calculation software, which utilizes thermal analysis to determine the thermal transmittance coefficient. This program allows us to model and analyze the profile system according to customer requirements, as well as in compliance with ISO 10077-2:2017.

Before transitioning to mass production, doubts regarding the chosen solution often arise. To minimize costs at the launch stage, using trial tools from basic steels, we have the capability to produce small volumes of profiles for testing. Upon request, we can manufacture initial samples of the developed profiles for final testing before moving to serial production.

The use of polyamide profiles is not limited to aluminium window, door or facade systems. For instance, the dielectric properties of polyamide allow for its use in busbars (track lightning) or mounting rails for solar panels. But that is not all. In other industrial sectors, the benefits of polyamide profiles can also be employed. Where strength combined with corrosion protection is required, solutions made of polyamide can be the ideal choice.
